The Turkish Cuisine houses numerous flavors and foods. That’s the result of having many different civilizations, tribes, and ethnicities in Anatolia. Being the continents’ crossroads, Turkey has many opportunities for the culinary and the East and West mixture. We offer you to join the food tour with an empty stomach and leave yourselves to the hands of our guides. You will first try the Turkish Breakfast, which contains spicy sausage (garlic flavored), pastrami, eggs, honey, tahini-molasses, olives, black tea, and different types Turkish cheese simit (bagel), etc. Your guide will lead you to the off-the-beaten paths to explore the local restaurants with the most delicious local delicacies. You will visit both sides of Istanbul, which are Asia and Europe. Since Constantinople was founded on the European side with the historical buildings, the Asian side remained local. It is still valid to the people as the local life and traditions still run on the Asian part. We want to take to the Asian side to explore those local flavors to leave a memorable palate on your minds. While you are tasting the foods, you will also see how the local life runs on the streets. Turkish cuisine does not consist of only kebabs. Thus, we will introduce you to the kinds of seafood, pickles, appetizers, sweets, desserts, drinks, and pastry.
